Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Post-service follow-up with the customer.
  • Update customer feedback to the team & management, discuss in CLF meeting, escalate information related to customer dissatisfaction to dealer if not resolved at workshop
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure their satisfaction and address any post-service concerns. Handle customer conflicts professionally
  • Maintain accurate customer records, analyse reports & discuss with team
  • Ensure that dissatisfied customers are attended to their entire satisfaction at workshop

Skills Required

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in using computer systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with service advisors, technicians, and other team members
