Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Sales Representative (DSR) to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within a designated geographic district. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and increase market share. 2. Build and maintain customer relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions. 3. Conduct sales calls and meetings: Meet with customers, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate sales agreements. 4. Manage and analyze sales data: Track sales performance, analyze sales trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to align sales strategies and achieve business objectives. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity: Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge. 7. Achieve sales targets and goals: Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements 1. 2-5 years of sales experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or product category. 2. Strong sales and negotiation skills: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales deals. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Effective communication and relationship-building skills with customers, colleagues, and management. 4. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze sales data, and adjust sales approaches accordingly. 5. Technical skills: Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office. 6. Valid driver's license and ability to travel: Willingness to travel within the designated geographic district, with a valid driver's license.   Nice to Have 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications. 2. Sales certifications or training: Completion of sales training programs or certification in sales, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP). 3. Industry-specific knowledge: Familiarity with the industry, products, or services offered by the company. 4. Experience with sales analytics and data analysis: Familiarity with sales analytics tools and data analysis techniques to inform sales strategies.
