We provide expert guidance on CIBIL scores and credit reports. We are looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Executive to be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact for our clients.

Role Overview

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will handle incoming enquiries from potential customers seeking help with their credit scores. Your goal is to understand their financial concerns, explain how Hello Credit’s services can assist them, and guide them through the onboarding process. This is a consultative role that requires active listening and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Enquiries: Manage calls and leads generated through our website and social media regarding credit repair and CIBIL score analysis.
• Consultative Selling: Analyze the customer's query and explain the importance of a healthy credit score. Clearly articulate how Hello Credit’s packages can solve their specific issues.
• Outbound Follow-ups: Make follow-up calls to prospective leads who have shown interest but haven't yet subscribed to a service.
• Customer Guidance: Assist customers in understanding the basics of their credit report (training provided) and the steps required to initiate the rectification process.
• CRM Management: Accurately record customer details, interaction history, and status updates in the CRM software.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer doubts regarding pricing, service timelines, and document requirements with patience and clarity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
