Job Description

We are seeking a well-spoken, organized, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer communication, handle documentation, assist clients throughout the sales and post-sales process, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with clients both in person and over the phone.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Customer Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers for inquiries, updates, and support.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle.
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally and promptly.


2. Booking & Documentation

  • Assist clients with booking formalities, paperwork, and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy in agreements, receipts, and customer files.
  • Coordinate with the sales, legal, and finance teams to complete documentation smoothly.


3. Customer Database Management

  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
  • Track customer status, interaction history, payments, and pending actions.
  • Prepare and share customer reports as required by management.


4. Payment Follow-Up & Coordination

  • Follow up with customers regarding payment schedules, dues, and collection reminders.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to confirm receipts and update customer records.


5. Project Updates & Communication

  • Provide regular project progress updates, possession timelines, and milestone information to clients.
  • Prepare communication materials such as progress emails, reminders, notices, etc.


6. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Address customer concerns related to documentation, payment plans, allotments, or timelines.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members and ensure timely resolution.
  • Handle walk-in clients and guide them through the process.


7. Post-Sales Support

  • Assist customers with registration, handover, possession-related communication, and after-sales queries.
  • Coordinate with the technical and projects team for customer-specific requests.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi, English and local language.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
  • Pleasant personality with customer-friendly attitude.
