Job Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving property sales, leading a team of sales executives, and developing strategies to meet revenue targets in the Barmer and Jodhpur regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify potential customers, investors, and channel partners to expand business opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end property sales including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives.
• Monitor team performance and provide training or coaching as required.
• Conduct daily and weekly sales review meetings.

• Market Development

• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate clients.

• Customer Relationship Management

• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Resolve customer queries and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Oversee documentation, agreements, and payment follow-ups.

• Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for campaign planning and project launches.
