Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate Job Location: Barmer & Jodhpur, Rajasthan Reports To: Director / Head of Sales Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving property sales, leading a team of sales executives, and developing strategies to meet revenue targets in the Barmer and Jodhpur regions. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Identify potential customers, investors, and channel partners to expand business opportunities. Manage end-to-end property sales including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives. Monitor team performance and provide training or coaching as required. Conduct daily and weekly sales review meetings. Market Development Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate clients. Customer Relationship Management Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Resolve customer queries and maintain long-term client relationships. Oversee documentation, agreements, and payment follow-ups. Reporting & Coordination Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for campaign planning and project launches. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales particularly in Western Rajasthan. Travel: Frequent travel and stay for several days in Barmer, Jodhpur and other locations as required to execute sales and business development activities.
