Senior Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for product sales and services in the specified market
• Meeting sales targets to ensure order input, revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction
• Identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
• Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
• Building a good relationship and rapport with the customer
• Scheduling and coordinating for an on-time product inspection with the customers
• Responsible for Payment collection
• Providing the customer with product shipment updates
• Updating Management weekly on sales progress
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry news and use this information to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development and customer service to ensure that customer needs are met, share information with other departments about customer feedback and insights and work with other departments to develop new products and services that meet customer needs
• Make decisions regarding market mapping, including target segments, geographic areas and potential customers to prioritize sales efforts effectively.

Required Knowledge, skills and traits

• Good technical knowledge of the current products being handled.
• Team Handling Experience.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in written & spoken English; should know Hindi or local language.
• Should be presentable with a go getter attitude
• Willingness to travel within the designated market / territory.
