• Job Summary: We’re looking for a proactive Operations Associate to support daily operations and project coordination. You’ll assist the Project Lead in planning, tracking, and executing tasks while ensuring smooth communication between teams, vendors, and clients. Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills are essential. • Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Lead in planning, scheduling, and tracking operational tasks and project updates. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely task completion. Maintain and update project documents, work orders, checklists, and reports. Monitor daily progress and highlight any delays, risks, or issues. Support procurement, logistics, and operational workflows as required. Ensure compliance with company standards, quality, and safety guidelines. Prepare summary reports and assist in project closures and documentation. • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. 0–1 years of experience in operations, coordination, or project support roles. Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines. Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and out-of-station as required. • Preferred Skills: Experience in vendor coordination or field operations. Knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
