Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Role Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring smooth communication, addressing queries, and supporting customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with queries, requests, and service support
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers
  • Update customer details in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Support sales and post-sales activities
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team

Required Skills

Qualifications

  • PUC or Graduate.
  • 0–6 Months of experience in customer handling / support / sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
