Job Description

IT Executive Responsibilities:

1. System Maintenance & Support

Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

2. User Support

Provide technical support to end-users (in-person, remote, or via ticketing systems).

Install and configure software, hardware, and peripheral devices.

3. Network & Security

Ensure network security, firewalls, and antivirus protection.

Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and backups.

4. Asset Management

Maintain IT inventory (hardware, software licenses, etc.).

Coordinate procurement, repairs, and replacements.

5. Documentation

Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and system configurations.

Prepare reports for management on IT-related activities.

6. Vendor Coordination

Liaise with external vendors for equipment servicing, support, and procurement.

7. Compliance & Policies

Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Assist in implementing company-wide IT policies.
