IT Executive

An IT Executive in a school manages daily IT operations, supporting teaching, learning, and admin by maintaining systems (network, servers, hardware, software), providing end-user support, ensuring data security (antivirus, passwords), managing budgets, training staff on new tech, handling vendor relations, and overseeing asset inventory to create a smooth, efficient digital environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, maintain network, servers, hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, AV) for classrooms and offices.
• User Support: Provide helpdesk support for staff and students, troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, and offer training.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security policies, manage firewalls, antivirus, backups, ensure data protection, and control access.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop IT strategies, manage budgets, evaluate new technologies, and plan upgrades/migrations.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with external providers for repairs, new equipment, and services.
• Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of all IT hardware, software, and licenses.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects from implementation to completion.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of network admin, cybersecurity, hardware/software support, databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field; relevant certifications are often valued.
• Familiarity with educational software/platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹22,757.89 - ₹29,689.53 per month
