Role & responsibilities

assisting clients through the car-buying journey, from initial contact to closing a sale, while focusing on building relationships and providing an exceptional customer experience

Key responsibilities

• Client engagement and relationship building:

  Build rapport with clients and nurture long-term relationships to provide a personalized and seamless buying experience.

• Sales and negotiation:

  Guide customers through the sales process, from understanding their requirements to closing deals, and handle negotiations to meet sales targets.

• Vehicle demonstration:

  Showcase vehicle features, capabilities, and benefits, including conducting test drives, to match them with customer needs.

• Sales pipeline and reporting:

  Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive follow-ups and prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

• Product and market knowledge:

  Stay informed about the brand's luxury vehicles, competitor offerings, and industry trends to effectively highlight product advantages.

• Customer service:

  Ensure the highest standards of customer service throughout the sales process and handle any queries or issues after the sale.

• Operations:

  Assist with showroom setup and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications and skills

• 4Years experience in sales, particularly within the luxury automotive or high-end retail sectors, is often preferred.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Strong knowledge of luxury automobiles, their features, and the competitive market.
• A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on both sales goals and client satisfaction.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
• A valid driver's license is required.
