Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Manager to lead, motivate, and develop our sales team. The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for ensuring the team achieves its targets, adheres to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and delivers exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to drive team performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Performance and Target Achievement: - Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets set by management. - Monitor team performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement. - Ensure all team members follow company SOPs and maintain high standards of professionalism. 2. Training and Skill Development: - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. - Collaborate with Team Leaders (TLs) and the General Manager (GM) to ensure training programs are effective and updated on the platform. - Identify skill gaps and implement strategies to address them. 3. Customer Satisfaction and Feedback: - Maintain customer feedback ratings above 4 and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority. - Respond to customer escalations within 12 hours on the ticketing platform to resolve issues promptly. - Implement strategies to reduce customer attrition and improve retention rates. 4. Team Management and Attrition Control: - Monitor and reduce team member attrition by fostering a positive and motivating work environment. - Address team concerns and provide support to ensure high employee engagement and satisfaction. - Recommend high-performing employees for appraisals and recognition. 5. Reporting and Compliance: - Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management. - Ensure all team activities are compliant with company policies and procedures. 6. Incentive Management: - Incentives for the Sales Team Manager will be paid only if the teams performance meets or exceeds management expectations. - Incentives are contingent upon the Team Leader (TL) and General Manager (GM) conducting regular training sessions and updating the training platform. --- Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role. - Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in using CRM tools, ticketing platforms, and other sales software. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Achievement of team sales targets. - Customer feedback rating maintained above 4. - Reduction in customer attrition and escalation rates. - Timely response to customer escalations (within 12 hours). - Reduction in team member attrition rates. - Successful implementation of training programs and skill development initiatives. Aws Cloud Engineer/Site Reliability Engineering

**Position Overview:** We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer with a robust background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing AWS cloud environments with a strong focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deploy, manage, and maintain AWS infrastructure, including EC2, ECS Fargate, EKS, RDS Aurora, VPC, Glue, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, API Gateway (REST), Cognito, Elasticsearch, ElastiCache, and Athena. * Implement and manage Kubernetes (K8s) clusters, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance. * Create, optimize, and manage containerized applications using Docker. * Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS native services and YAML configurations. * Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and apply AWS cost optimization techniques. * Set up secure access and permissions using IAM roles and policies. * Install, configure, and maintain application environments including: * Python-based frameworks: Django, Flask, FastAPI * PHP frameworks: CodeIgniter 4 (CI4), Laravel * Node.js applications * Install and integrate AWS SDKs into application environments for seamless service interaction. * Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and remediation using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Monitor, log, and alert on infrastructure and application performance using CloudWatch and other observability tools. * Manage and configure SSL certificates with ACM and load balancing using ELB. * Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to ensure system stability and resilience. **Technical Skills:** * Strong experience with AWS services: EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS Aurora, S3, VPC, Glue, API Gateway, Cognito, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Athena, ACM, ELB, ElastiCache, and Elasticsearch. * Proficiency in container orchestration and microservices using Docker and Kubernetes. * Competence in scripting (Shell/Bash), configuration with YAML, and automation tools. * Deep understanding of SRE best practices, SLAs, SLOs, and incident response. * Experience deploying and supporting production-grade applications in Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), PHP (CI4, Laravel), and Node.js. * Solid grasp of CI/CD workflows using AWS services. * Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with logging/monitoring stacks.
