Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Client acquisition and management:

  Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealerships, OEMs, and partners.

• Sales and revenue generation:

  Meet sales targets by proactively engaging with clients and leveraging sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling products or services.

• Customer satisfaction:

  Provide product information, consult with clients on their needs, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.

• Financial solutions (for finance-focused roles):

  Understand client financial needs and offer tailored solutions, such as car finance, by collaborating with internal teams like underwriting.

• Market analysis:

  Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market analysis to inform strategies and provide recommendations.

• Team collaboration:

  Work with other departments, such as marketing, product, and operations, to develop strategies and improve customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

• Experience:

  Minimum of 2 years in a sales or relationship management role, with a preference for candidates with experience in the automotive or finance industry.

• Interpersonal skills:

  Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are crucial for building rapport and trust.

• Technical proficiency:

  Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related software is essential.

• Industry knowledge:

  A good understanding of the automobile market, products, and after-sales processes is highly advantageous.
