Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driver & Partner Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers.
Address queries, concerns, and issues raised by driver-partners.
Ensure driver retention and satisfaction.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

Assist in onboarding new drivers and ensure all documents are verified and updated.
Coordinate with relevant teams for activation and compliance.

3. Operational Coordination

Communicate operational updates, changes, and instructions to drivers.
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
Monitor attendance, performance, and fleet utilization.

4. Issue Resolution

Handle escalations effectively and resolve them within defined timelines.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by closing gaps between drivers and internal teams.

5. Reporting & Follow-up

Maintain records of interactions, performance metrics, and daily updates.
Share timely reports with the operations team.

Skills Required:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, emails, system handling)
Problem-solving and coordination skills
Ability to multitask
Field visit ability (if required)
