The role involves contributing to the development of marketing strategies, creating content for different channels, and ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Campaign Development and Execution Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, print, events, etc.). Coordinate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral, including advertisements, brochures, and online content. Ensure marketing campaigns are on schedule and within budget. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to meet targets. Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Analyze customer feedback and market data to support marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth. Provide insights on target audience behavior and preferences to tailor marketing efforts effectively. Content Creation Develop and maintain engaging content for marketing materials, social media posts, websites, and email newsletters. Write and proofread copy for promotional materials, product descriptions, and advertisements. Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and other creatives to produce visually appealing marketing content. Social Media and Digital Marketing Manage social media accounts and digital platforms to enhance online presence and engagement. Create and schedule social media content, including posts, promotions, and campaigns, to engage with followers and attract new customers. Track and report on key digital marketing metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates. Event Planning and Coordination Assist in organizing marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, conferences, or promotional activities. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, registration, and post-event follow-up. Collaborate with sales teams to integrate event marketing strategies and drive customer attendance. Brand Awareness and Positioning Help to strengthen brand presence and visibility across various marketing channels. Assist in the creation and implementation of strategies to position the brand effectively in the marketplace. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all marketing materials. Customer Relationship Management Assist in developing customer loyalty programs, promotional offers, and incentives. Track customer interactions and feedback to improve marketing initiatives and customer satisfaction. Engage with customers on social media platforms and respond to inquiries or concerns in a timely manner. Reporting and Performance Tracking Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using analytical tools and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Track and report on marketing budgets, ROI, and other relevant metrics. Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness based on performance data. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and design to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals. Strong communication, writing, and editing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
