Strategic Projects Lead COOs Office Location: Mumbai Function: Strategy & Central Operations Experience: 2-5 years What Were Building At Everest Fleet, were not just moving cars were building India's most trusted mobility platform. We partner with Uber to run over 20,000 vehicles across seven cities, and were just getting started. Our mission? Unlock livelihoods for 100,000+ drivers and bring reliability to India’s chaotic mobility and logistics space. We’re expanding into goods delivery, employee transport, and intercity rides—and behind every city, vehicle, and driver is a system that needs to scale smartly. That’s where you come in. Why This Role Matters You’ll work directly with the COO’s office on problems that move the needle—building city launch playbooks, fixing broken funnels in driver onboarding, streamlining payout systems, or figuring out how to grow our supply base 3x without blowing up costs. If you're someone who enjoys working with ambiguity, thrives on structured chaos, and wants to own 01 problems early in your career—this role gives you the stage *and* the mic. What You’ll Do Own high-impact workstreams: Think new channel rollouts, driver lifecycle projects, or expansion initiatives. Be the engine of execution: Create project plans, chase bottlenecks, and ensure what gets planned actually ships. Work across functions: Partner with city ops, product, finance, HR, and marketing. You’ll often be the glue. Solve real problems with data: Dig into dashboards, talk to drivers, analyze gaps—and act fast. Build systems: Whether it’s a new onboarding SOP or a hub-level KPI tracker, you’ll bring repeatability to scale. You Might Be a Fit If You Have 2–5 years of experience in ops, strategy, consulting, or running stuff at a startup. Have worked in a marketplace business like Uber, Zomato, Swiggy, or logistics/delivery startups. Think in Google Sheets, communicate clearly, and get a thrill from solving messy problems. Can work with limited structure and high expectations. Want to fast-track your learning by being close to decisions, not decks. Bonus Points If You Have experience managing supply or delivery partners (drivers, gig workers, merchants, etc.). Have built or used dashboards (Power BI, Looker, Data Studio).
