Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Sports & Fitness club, ensuring smooth functioning and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Leading Sales, Customer Service, Sports Management, Fitness and Administrative teams

Plan, evolve and execute promotional events with objectives of brand promotion, customer engagement and attracting new leads

Oversee community relations, building strong relationships with members, staff, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Develop and implement strategies for sales growth, membership acquisition, and retention through effective marketing campaigns.
Ensure compliance with health club standards, safety protocols, and wellness initiatives to maintain a healthy environment for all users.
Analyze financial performance using P&L statements to identify areas for improvement.

Taking control of Administrative issues, compliances and liaison for smooth operation of the property

Ensuring functioning of the club by proactively planning maintenance and upkeeping needs.

Team Development and engagement by demonstrating inclusive leadership towards driving high performance culture across teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-18 years of experience in hospitality industry with expertise in fitness center management or similar roles.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk services, housekeeping, food & beverage outlets.
Proven track record in business development, sales growth, membership sales, events planning.

Thought leader with hands on exposure of independently handing profitability of a business unit / profit center
