Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  
• Maintain a smooth and efficient onboarding and offboarding process.
  
• Provide training, counseling, and coaching to staff.
  
• Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  
• Handle necessary administrative duties.
  
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee benefits reviews.
  
• Develop clear HR policies and ensure organization-wide policy awareness.
  
• Deliver engaging and informative presentations.
  
• Ensure workplace health and safety compliance, including POSH and ISO standards.
  
• Manage workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
  
• Maintain employee confidentiality and workplace privacy.
  
• Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance management.
  
• Manage leave and attendance systems effectively.
  
• Maintain and update employee databases through ERP systems.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
  
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  
• Strong understanding of workplace privacy norms.
  
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
