Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent for care staff, hospitality, and administrative roles. Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, interviews, offers, and background verification. Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment. Address employee grievances fairly and promptly. Organize wellness, engagement programs, and team-building activities. Conduct regular staff feedback sessions and stay interviews.
