Job Description

As an Assistant Sales Manager / Assistant Business Development Manager at our company in Trivandrum, you will play a crucial role in supporting and expanding our sales operations. Your main responsibilities will involve driving sales for senior living communities and real estate offerings, managing end-to-end customer interactions, building strong relationships with various stakeholders, supporting sales strategies development, and coordinating tenders and procurement processes. Additionally, you will be engaged in conducting fieldwork, organizing events, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales for senior living communities and real estate offerings. - Manage end-to-end customer interactions, including lead generation, site visits, follow-ups, and closures. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, families, referral networks, and community partners. - Support the development of sales strategies, market positioning, and revenue plans. - Coordinate tenders and procurement processes, including documentation, submission, vendor coordination, and compliance. - Conduct regular fieldwork to understand market behavior and competitor activities. - Coordinate and support events, community engagements, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. - Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends. - Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, contracts, and sales reports. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams for seamless client onboarding. - Maintain professionalism, empathy, and effective communication while engaging with senior clients and families. - Ensure the consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the senior living/geriatric sector. - Proven expertise in tender handling, procurement coordination, and vendor management. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Customer-centric approach with the ability to engage effectively with senior citizens and families. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong presentation skills and attention to detail. - Proactive, disciplined, and target-driven mindset.
