Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and assisting with inquiries. Key Responsibilities: • Provide information about services and answer queries. • Maintain a record of calls and Students interactions in our database. • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. • Achieve individual and team targets. • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
