Customer Success Associate (tele-caller)

As a Tele caller with our team, your role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and assisting with inquiries. You will be responsible for providing information about services, answering queries, maintaining a record of calls and interactions, following up on leads, achieving individual and team targets, handling customer complaints, and providing appropriate solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide information about services and answer queries. - Maintain a record of calls and interactions in our database. - Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. - Achieve individual and team targets. - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
