Role & responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Handle onboarding, exit processes, and employee lifecycle.
  • Oversee performance reviews, training, and development.
  • Maintain employee relations, resolve grievances, and support leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, HRIS, and documentation.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Master’s in HR or related field.
  • 4–10+ years of generalist HR experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and HR policy knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
