Role & responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements.
  • Record customer complaints and prepare job cards accurately.
  • Explain available services, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate between the customer, service advisors, and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions, service feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct post-service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer loyalty programs, referrals, and promotional campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or dealership industry.
  • Polite, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
