Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Account Executive in the automotive industry

Key responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of existing clients.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to build deeper relationships.

Sales and Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities within the automotive sector.
Generate leads and qualify potential customers.
Present and sell automotive solutions, products, and services to clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, service, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Coordinate with customer service to implement value-added solutions for clients.

Reporting and Administration:

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance using CRM systems.
Handle necessary administrative tasks related to sales and client management.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications and skills

Education:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is often preferred, along with relevant work experience.
Experience:
Proven track record of success in sales or customer service. Experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
Skills:

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce.
Adaptability and a proactive approach to handling change and new tasks.
Valid driver's license
