Role & responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Listen carefully to customer complaints and record their service requirements accurately.
  • Explain repair, maintenance, and additional service options in simple terms.
  • Provide clear cost and time estimates.
  • Recommend

    impulse or value-added products and services

    such as:
  • Car accessories and detailing.
  • Engine oil upgrades.
  • Wheel alignment/balancing.
  • AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), extended warranties, and service plans.
  • Obtain necessary approvals before starting repairs.
  • Keep customers informed of vehicle status and any additional work suggested by technicians.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and service processes.
  • Proficiency in job card creation, billing, and service management software (like Autoline, DMS, or similar).
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
