Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Register insurance claims for accident-repair vehicles.
  • Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare preliminary estimates (in coordination with estimator/technician).
  • Submit repair estimates to insurance surveyors or company portals for approval.
  • Coordinate with insurance surveyors for timely assessment and claim approval.
  • Track claim status and follow up for payment settlements.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for insurance receivables.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance company policies and workshop standards.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in insurance claim handling at a car workshop or dealership.
  • Familiarity with motor insurance claim processes.
  • Knowledge of vehicle body repair and estimation.
