Job Role

  • Handle walk-in customers at the office
  • Explain Motor/Health/Life insurance plans
  • Collect documents & update details in the portal
  • Generate quotes, proposals & issue policies
  • Follow up for renewals (calls/WhatsApp)
  • Assist customers with claim intimation
  • Maintain Excel reports & daily registers
  • Coordinate with sales & operations teams

Skills Needed

  • Good communication
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Email)
  • Customer handling ability
  • Insurance experience is a plus, not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
