Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Ensure timely preparation and finalization of annual accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal teams for audit completion. Statutory Compliance Manage compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Company Law provisions. Ensure timely filing of returns, reconciliations, and submissions to statutory authorities. Maintain compliance calendars and monitor deadlines to avoid penalties or delays. Financial Controls & Analysis Implement and maintain robust internal controls and processes for financial accuracy. Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports, cost analysis, and variance reports for management review. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and working capital requirements. Coordination & Communication Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial processes align with business operations.
