Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Finance Head to lead and manage the complete finance operations of our handicrafts manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, financial acumen, and hands-on expertise in managing banking relationships, credit facilities, and project financing. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the entire finance function of the company. Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Handle liaisoning with banks for credit facilities, loans, and financial negotiations. Oversee project finance and ensure smooth execution of funding requirements. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders. Drive process improvements and automation in finance operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Finance Head / Senior Finance Manager in manufacturing or related industries. Strong expertise in team management and leadership. Hands-on experience in liaisoning with banks and managing credit facilities. Solid knowledge of project finance and corporate funding structures. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for financial modeling and reporting. Mandatory prior experience working on ERP systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred. Experience : 10 years and above in a similar role. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
