About the Role:

HR Freshers

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in
end-to-end recruitment process
— sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Support HR operations such as
onboarding, documentation, and induction
for new hires.
Maintain and update
employee records
and HR databases accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams for attendance, leave management, and payroll support.
Assist in
employee engagement activities
and HR events.
Provide support in HR audits, reports, and compliance documentation.
Handle basic employee queries and escalate them when necessary.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes (Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance, etc.).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
