Job Title: Oracle SCM Functional Consultant EBS Implementation (Discrete Manufacturing & Advanced Procurement) Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Noida Experience : 10 to 15 Years Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Shift : Willingness to work in US Time Zone (up to 10:30 PM IST) Job Description : We are hiring experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultants with strong exposure to EBS (E-Business Suite) implementation projects in Discrete Manufacturing and Advanced Procurement Modules . This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputed Oracle client on long-term transformation projects. Key Responsibilities : Gather business requirements and conduct detailed analysis of SCM processes. Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle EBS SCM modules, including: Order Management (OM) Inventory (INV) Bills of Material (BOM) Work in Process (WIP) Quality Discrete Manufacturing Advanced Procurement Configure Oracle applications as per business needs and create functional designs. Work closely with technical teams for development, testing, and deployment. Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activities. Provide post-implementation support and resolve end-user issues. Liaise with business stakeholders to provide ongoing functional support and enhancements. Required Skills & Experience : 10 to 15 years of experience in Oracle SCM EBS implementation and support. Strong hands-on expertise in Discrete Manufacturing and Advanced Procurement Modules . Good understanding of SCM business processes and functional flows . Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, training, and documentation . Must have worked in at least 2 full-cycle EBS implementations or upgrade projects. Familiarity with SCM integrations and customizations. Good knowledge of Costing is a strong plus . Exposure to Agile / Waterfall methodologies. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields. Oracle SCM Cloud exposure is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment. Work Location : Candidates must be open to work from Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, or Noida as per project allocation.
