We are looking for a friendly and professional Administrative Receptionist to join our team at CodeWild Tech. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and providing support to our administrative team. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally Maintain front desk cleanliness and orderliness Assist with administrative tasks and basic office duties Maintain office supplies and keep track of inventory Handle basic documentation and filing tasks Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and staff Requirements: ✅ 0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers welcome) ✅ Fluency in Malayalam and English ✅ Any relevant degree or diploma ✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) ✅ A positive attitude and a professional appearance Why Join Us?
