Fitter :Fitters must be able to work well with their hands and understand the complexities of their & Welder :: Skills and Requirements Proven work experience in the Aluminium Manufacturing industry as a MIG Welder or Welder Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards Familiarity with welding tools and equipment like gauntlet cuff gloves, auto-darkening welding helmet, and MIG pliers Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings will be added advantage Excellent physical strength Ability to work for longer hours Good observation and technical skills Ability to work in extreme weather conditions area of work. Their common tasks include: Using and maintaining specialised machines and tools Assembling components so they are ready for installation Reading and interpreting project plans Coordinating with the labour crew for efficient installations Finding and fixing faults in pipework Carrying out planned maintenance checks Responding to emergency calls Qualifications High school, ITI, diploma or equivalent Holding a valid Fitters certificate or professional training & Welder :Skills and Requirements Proven work experience in the Aluminium Manufacturing industry as a MIG Welder or Welder Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards Familiarity with welding tools and equipment like gauntlet cuff gloves, auto-darkening welding helmet, and MIG pliers Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings will be added advantage Excellent physical strength Ability to work for longer hours Good observation and technical skills Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
