This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Leader located in Lucknow. The Sales Leader will be responsible for spearheading our sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise technology sales, particularly in AI/ML services, cloud solutions, and custom software development.
* Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales (minimum ₹50+ Cr annual sales experience)
* Experience selling complex technology solutions, particularly AI/ML, cloud, or enterprise software
* Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales approaches
* Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation tools
* Deep understanding of IT services market and enterprise technology landscape
* Knowledge of AI/ML applications in business contexts
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and enterprise architecture
* Understanding of software development lifecycles and project delivery models
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets
* Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing complex enterprise deals
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects in target market segments
* Conduct high-level client presentations and solution demonstrations
* Negotiate complex contracts and pricing structures
* Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team (5-15 sales professionals)
* Implement sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for sales team members
* Establish sales metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
* Foster a results-driven, collaborative sales culture
* Identify and penetrate new market segments and verticals
* Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships
* Maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
* Collaborate with engineering teams to architect client solutions
* Represent Appscribed at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
* Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
* Develop pricing strategies for AI/ML and enterprise software solutions
* Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
* Contribute to product roadmap based on market feedback and client needs
