🔹 Role Overview

The candidate will own and grow key strategic accounts, lead customer success outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, presales, and leadership teams to ensure excellence in execution. You will drive revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and accelerate digital transformation journeys for our global clients.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

Account Growth & Retention

  • Drive revenue growth across EE & EN accounts through proactive engagement.
  • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure long-term strategic account health and renewal success.

Customer Success & Delivery Partnership

  • Align closely with delivery leaders to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Maintain high CSAT/NPS and lead proactive client communication.
  • Address risks, escalations, and opportunities through structured governance.

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Create and manage account plans, forecasts, and pipelines.
  • Partner with presales, solutions, and marketing teams to support winning strategies.
  • Drive contract renewals, commercials, and negotiations.

Market Expansion & GTM (Good to Have)

  • Contribute to GTM strategy for new markets.
  • Support expansion efforts into the US

    New/New (NN)

    customer segment.


🔹 Key Skills & Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience in

    Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success

    in the IT Services industry.
  • Proven success driving growth in

    Enterprise (EE)

    and

    Emerging (EN)

    accounts.
  • Experience working with

    CXO-level stakeholders

    across global organizations.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good to have:

    GTM strategy experience, US market understanding, and global account exposure
