Job Description:

The company is a leading home & lifestyle brand, is looking for a dynamic Sales Director with strong experience in retail and apparel sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and expanding the brand’s retail footprint across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for retail & apparel segments.
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional and zonal sales teams.
• Expand channel partnerships, retail outlets, and distribution networks.
• Track sales KPIs, revenue goals, and customer acquisition targets.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and modern trade.
• Work closely with merchandising, production & marketing teams to support sales plans.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies.
• Plan promotional campaigns, seasonal sales strategies, and product placement.
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS & performance reports for top management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience in Retail/Apparel/Fashion industry.
• Strong business development and channel expansion experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & vendor management skills.
• Ability to lead large teams and manage Pan-India operations.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Strong market understanding of apparel categories and retail operations.
