Role Overview

Director – Business Development (Global Market)


Key Responsibilities


1. Develop & Execute Global Sales Strategies

  • Formulate and execute high-impact global sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Achieve aggressive revenue targets while strengthening Envecon’s presence across APAC, EMEA, Europe, LATAM, Iberia, and the Americas.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to drive long-term business growth.


2. Hunting New Logos

  • Lead new client acquisition efforts with a strong hunting mindset and a relentless pursuit of high-value opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and close enterprise deals across diverse global markets.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and CXO-level engagement.
  • Present Envecon's value proposition confidently to decision-makers and influencers.


3. Channel Sales Partnering

  • Build, develop, and nurture relationships with global channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives to increase market penetration and revenue.
  • Collaborate with partners to create scalable, win-win growth models.


4. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a global sales team to achieve peak performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Delivery, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of deals and customer success.


5. Revenue & Forecast Management

  • Own global revenue outcomes and ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
  • Maintain high-quality pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, and sales discipline.
  • Present performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.


Candidate Profile

  • Strong global market understanding

    with the ability to navigate diverse geographies, cultural nuances, and competitive landscapes.
  • Experience in selling

    IT products and services

    , ideally enterprise software or ERP solutions.
  • Proven

    hunting capabilities

    with a track record of acquiring new logos in international markets.
  • Exceptional leadership ability with experience managing global, high-performance sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Highly results-driven, with a passion for surpassing revenue targets.
  • Ability to travel internationally as business demands.
