Role Overview:


As Head of Growth, you’ll spearhead Appscribed’s client acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing strategy. You’ll build and optimize scalable lead generation systems, leveraging pre-ChatGPT and GenAI tactics to drive high-intent leads for our SaaS clients and our own agency. This is a hands-on role for a strategic leader who thrives in a bootstrapped, high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire SaaS clients (target: in year 1, $1M–$2M ARR).
  • Oversee ABM, cold email, PPC, and content marketing campaigns for clients and Appscribed’s own lead generation.
  • Build and manage a lean team to deliver results.
  • Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, tracking KPIs like CPL, LTV:CAC, and conversion rates.
  • Leverage GenAI tools (e.g., Smartlead, Clay) for personalized, scalable outreach.
  • Establish partnerships with SaaS communities and agencies to drive referrals.
  • Create and refine playbooks for repeatable lead generation processes.


Qualifications:


  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, lead generation, or growth roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth (e.g., scaling MRR or acquiring high-value clients).
  • Expertise in ABM, cold email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing; familiarity with GenAI tools a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage clients and a remote team.
