About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Marketer to lead growth strategy and execution across the VDEX ecosystem. You will be responsible for scaling user acquisition and retention while working closely with product and business development to drive adoption and usage.

You will own the full growth stack, combining performance marketing, narrative development, and data-driven experimentation. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on building systems that scale.

You will lead a team of 4 within a total company size of 15.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading growth at a perpetual DEX or crypto-native trading platform
• Clear track record of results,

  independent of point campaigns or airdrops

• High agency
• Personal trading experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the go-to-market (GTM) and user growth strategy
• Build and manage a high-performance growth team
• Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (organic, paid, partner, referral)
• Shape VDEX’s market positioning in coordination with content, product, and design
• Analyze user behaviour to inform strategy and iterate on key metrics
• Drive onboarding, retention, and trading volume alongside product and BD
• Represent growth in external partnerships, fundraising, and strategic planning
