Head of Growth

Job Description: As a Senior Marketer at VDEX, you will play a crucial role in leading the growth strategy and execution within the VDEX ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on scaling user acquisition and retention, working closely with product and business development teams to drive adoption and usage. Your responsibilities will involve a combination of strategic planning and hands-on implementation to establish scalable systems for growth. Key Responsibilities: - Define and spearhead the go-to-market (GTM) and user growth strategy - Oversee a high-performance growth team - Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (organic, paid, partner, referral) - Contribute to VDEX's market positioning in collaboration with content, product, and design teams - Analyze user behavior to drive strategy and refine key metrics - Enhance onboarding processes, retention rates, and trading volumes in conjunction with product and business development - Represent the growth function in external partnerships, fundraising efforts, and strategic planning Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of leading growth initiatives at a perpetual DEX or crypto-native trading platform - Demonstrated tangible results beyond isolated campaigns or airdrops - High level of agency and personal trading experience,
