Job Scope & Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing comprehensive revenue generation strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth
• Leading and managing the sales, marketing, and business development teams to align efforts and optimize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Tech Lead to pipeline and prioritize product roadmaps to align revenue generation strategies with overall business goals.
• Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand the company’s reach and market share.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.
• Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for innovation and differentiation.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track revenue performance and effectiveness of revenue generation initiatives.
• Providing regular reporting and insights to senior management and the board of directors on revenue performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 10 years+ of proven experience in leadership roles within the Online Commerce or FinTech industry or related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.
• Deep understanding of sales, marketing and business development strategies and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
