The Opportunity

This is a foundational role for a data-driven and ambitious growth leader. As the Head of Growth, you will be the architect of our demand engine, responsible for one thing: acquiring qualified homebuyers. You will have complete ownership of the strategies and channels that connect aspiring homeowners with their dream properties. If you are obsessed with building scalable marketing funnels and passionate about disrupting the traditional real estate market, this is your chance to make a massive impact.

What You'll Do

  • Demand Generation Strategy:

    Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy to generate a consistent and high-quality pipeline of homebuyers.
  • Build a Channel Partner Ecosystem:

    Design, launch, and scale a robust network of channel partners (brokers & agents). You will build relationships, create incentive structures, and manage this ecosystem to become a primary lead source.
  • Content & Social Acquisition:

    Spearhead our buyer acquisition strategy on

    YouTube and Instagram

    . Create and optimize content (property tours, educational videos, testimonials) that directly addresses the needs of people searching for a home online.
  • Paid Marketing Funnel:

    Architect and manage a highly efficient, cost-effective paid marketing funnel across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), obsessively tracking and improving CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Data-Driven Decisions:

    Live and breathe data. You will own the analytics for the demand side of the business, using insights to drive strategy, optimize campaigns, and report on all key performance indicators to the founding team.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:

    3-5 years of proven experience in a growth marketing or demand generation role, preferably in Prop-Tech, Real Estate, FinTech, or a high-ticket B2C industry.
  • Analytical Prowess:

    Exceptional analytical skills

    with a deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Channel Expertise:

    Demonstrated success in building and scaling channel partner or affiliate programs from the ground up.
  • Digital Marketing Master:

    Hands-on expertise in managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a track record of optimizing for conversions and cost.
  • Content Acumen:

    A strong understanding of how to leverage video-first platforms like YouTube and Instagram for lead generation and brand building.
