As the Head of Growth at Doctor Towels, a luxury brand specializing in premium anti-bacterial coated towels, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition efforts. Based in Mumbai, this full-time hybrid role offers the flexibility of some work from home. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing growth hacking techniques to scale the business and leading sales and business development initiatives to expand the company's market presence. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, along with a proven track record in Customer Acquisition, Sales, and Business Development. Strong leadership and team management abilities are essential, as you will be leading a team to achieve strategic objectives. Your role will also require you to demonstrate excellent analytical and strategic planning skills, enabling you to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. While prior experience in the consumer goods industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
