About the Role:-

Head of Growth

GTM plan, demand generation, and pipeline management

Key Responsibility:

Develop and execute
Go-To-Market (GTM)
strategy for SaaS launch and expansion.
Lead
customer acquisition, retention, and upsell
for SMBs and agencies in AdTech and performance marketing.
Manage the
end-to-end sales funnel
— lead generation to closure.
Collaborate with
Product & Marketing
on positioning, pricing, and messaging.
Build and maintain
CRM workflows
, ensuring clean, actionable pipelines.
Mentor a small team of
BD and Marketing Managers
on growth tactics.
Report on
MRR, churn, CAC, and lead sources
weekly.
Explore strategic partnerships with
networks, resellers, and agencies
.
