About the Role:- We’re looking for a Head of Growth to drive Crileo’s revenue, customer acquisition, and brand expansion across global markets (India, SEA, LATAM, Europe). You’ll blend growth marketing, sales strategy, and business leadership — owning the GTM plan, demand generation, and pipeline management for our SaaS product launch. Key Responsibility: Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for SaaS launch and expansion. Lead customer acquisition, retention, and upsell for SMBs and agencies in AdTech and performance marketing. Manage the end-to-end sales funnel — lead generation to closure. Collaborate with Product & Marketing on positioning, pricing, and messaging. Build and maintain CRM workflows , ensuring clean, actionable pipelines. Mentor a small team of BD and Marketing Managers on growth tactics. Report on MRR, churn, CAC, and lead sources weekly. Explore strategic partnerships with networks, resellers, and agencies . 30-Day OKRs Generate 100 qualified leads in the first 30 days. Convert 20+ beta clients into paid users.
