Our learning centres offer preschool, childcare and co-curricular activities for ages 1-10 years. We believe that modern parents are seeking professionally run schools that are child-centric, have quality infrastructure and follow global pedagogies. Our learning centres are different from traditional K-12 schools or preschools. We are building learning hubs (micro-schools) at a neighbourhood level where parents can send children for play school, nursery, kindergarten and a range of co-curricular activities from dance to drama, chess to robotics! Job Description We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, and Performance Max. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, keyword strategies, audience targeting, and campaign analytics. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, manage & experiment Google Search, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns Continuously monitor performance and optimize for conversions, CTR, and ROAS Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and build audience segments Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the Google Ads ecosystem Requirements 2–3 years of proven experience in running Google Ads campaigns Strong knowledge of Search, YouTube, and Performance Max ads Proficient in analytical tools such as GA, Clarity, Mixpanel or something similar Familiar with how CRM tools like Leadsqaure, Salesforce works Show more Show less
