Head of Growth

As the Head of Growth at our digital marketing agency, you will play a key role in shaping our growth strategy and driving revenue through effective go-to-market initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the GTM efforts, defining our positioning in the market, and driving pipeline growth, particularly within mid-to-high ticket accounts. Your responsibilities will encompass developing end-to-end growth strategies for both productized and custom services, overseeing sales planning and execution, taking ownership of various sales channels, and formulating compelling positioning and pitch strategies tailored for founders, CMOs, and operations leads. You will also be responsible for coordinating activities across delivery and outreach functions to ensure seamless execution. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of successfully leading and closing mid-to-high ticket deals. Additionally, you should possess a deep understanding of how to position marketing services to both DTC and B2B buyers. Your ability to think in terms of systems rather than just funnels, coupled with your proficiency in articulating the value proposition in terms of ROI, outcomes, and operational efficiency, will be crucial for success.
