We’re reimagining how Indian exporters get paid globally — faster, cheaper, and without the traditional banking hassle. Since launching in Nov 2022, we’ve grown fast with incredible customer love.

Now, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Head to lead our charge on scaling acquisition. If you're a strategic thinker with strong execution chops, have scaled performance channels, and love working in high-ownership environments — we’d love to talk.

🎯 𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥:

- Own and lead growth strategy across performance marketing, SEO, social, and partnerships.

- Deeply understand our customer (B2B SMBs, freelancers) and build acquisition funnels around them.

- Build & lead a high-performing team focused on experimentation and impact.

- Work directly with the founders on key strategic bets.

💡 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞:

- 5–8 years of experience in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing.

- You’ve built and scaled digital channels before — ideally in a fast-paced startup.

- You think deeply, move fast, and operate with strong ownership.

- You bring energy, curiosity, and a knack for solving complex growth puzzles.
